Introducing the Girls & Women Pathways (GWP) program—your gateway to confidence, fitness and community through basketball.
Ready to get active, build confidence, and connect with an incredible community? Whether you're new to basketball or looking to reignite your passion, GWP is here for you!
Hosted by Collingwood Basketball Association, with support from Banyule and Ivanhoe Basketball Clubs, GWP offers a welcoming and inclusive space to develop your skills—on and off the court.
Designed by Zoe Zwerling of More Than Basketball and funded by the Australian Government’s Play Our Way grant, this FREE program is open to female-identifying and gender-diverse participants 13 years and older.

Who Can Join?
GWP welcomes girls, women and gender-diverse individuals from all cultural backgrounds. The program welcomes and encourages participation from First Nations peoples, both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. And, GWP welcomes and encourages participation from non-binary, transgender and gender-fluid individuals. Separate age groups (13-14, 15-16, 17+, and 24+) ensure everyone has a place to thrive.
With experienced coaches dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment, you’ll develop your game while making lasting friendships.
